Ms. Davis is prepared and trained in low and high conflict divorce matters and provides neutral, objective, impartial guidance to divorcing couples,ensuring both parties are treated fairly throughout the transaction. Ms. Davises role centers on maintaining neutrality, focusing solely on the property and its value, and supporting a smooth,professional process with minimal conflict. Sheryl attended Memorial High School and then studied abroad in Switzerland. Her love of travel and cultures has taken Sheryl to many countries, which gives her a unique perspective in assisting clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

 

Sheryl enjoys everything outdoors. Having completed a month of survival training in the Cascades, Sheryl possesses the tenacity to triumph through challenging conditions. This translates into her commitment to finding the perfect fit for her buyers and sellers, along with excellent negotiation and organization skills.

 

When she is not working with her clients, Sheryl enjoys playing with her beloved golden retrievers, Gonzo and Jenny. Her passions include traveling, cooking, baking, 911's and spending time with family and friends. Sheryl commits a portion of her profits to dog rescues and is currently working closely with the Golden Retriever Rescue Groups in Houston.
